Mr Douglas
Douglas serves as the Director of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) at United Voices for Compassion (UNIVOC). With a strong foundation in public health research, he leverages his expertise to drive positive change. Holding a BSc. in Environmental Health Sciences and an MSc. in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Makerere University, Douglas brings a wealth of knowledge in infectious disease epidemiology, global health security, and urban health.
His research experience spans over four years, with notable contributions to studies on malaria, antimicrobial resistance, COVID-19, and WASH, resulting in over 15 co-authored publications.
